Plantbiosenter, at where I worked during
my practic work period, when I was studying for my B.A.degree in
biotechnology
(1996-97). One of the Plantbiosenter's main projects over the last years
has been to assist ESA (the European Space Agency) in providing plant
materials to the space shuttle for use in tests to study the effects of
zero gravity on plants in space (which is an important matter considering
the
possible future project of a manned spaceflight to planet Mars). Page

Åsa Waldemar's
homepage Åsa was my supervisor when I was working at the
Plantbiosenter for the last time in the early weeks of February '97. I
assisted her in her work with her thesis, which
is to develope a user-friendly kit for early detection of
fungus in potato and strawberry by using monoclonal antibodies. The
latter
fungus I worked most with, as my work mostly included running
different tests to detect it. Åsa is a
swedish girl coming from Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. Her page is
