Lady Iztaca comes from the Enysayathan Family, and is the mother of personalities like, Lieutenant Commander Cezton of HIMBC Norpheelia II. Shortly after the Mourning of Lieutenant Circlon , she was summoned from the Great Inner Empire to improve the infrastructures of the empire in the Capellan Periphery, and thus take on the duties of Colonial Director of the Imperial Services. The head of this office, often called the Colonial Command, is often refered to as the Colonization Director. This was during the later times of the well-reputed Viceroy Hayden Secundus, who was later replaced by Prince Leonandus Alexandrovitch Cherenkov. Leaving the Inner Empire, the estates of her husband, Lord Vpoccano the Wise, were left to the Mintriguae faction of the Enysayathan Family. Young brats of both these families came to serve the Empire in the famed Periphery. Life in the Periphery was not alwasy easy, especially when one left behind the privilege to cut the throuth of insultants, but what does one not do for the Empire? And the Enysayathan made numerous mistakes, and had the standard quarrels with the many strong personalities of the Periphery, Duke Ahab Jones and all but three of the Godfathers. However, she has survived this far, and she still can account for more friends than enemies, normal or not. Working with colonization for the Imperial Services is not such an easy task, but in her time at this office at least seven new colonies have been erected, and more are to come. One can of course question how much part the Lady had in these two new colonies, but that has little importance. Lady Iztaca has been created Baroness of Enysayathan.
Incidents of note: 1) The time when Lady Iztaca warned the Viceroy that she would have her security guards seize Duke Ahab Jones, if he happened to step by her office, and give him a decent Enysayathan Spanking!
Typical characteristica of the Lady when in the Imperial Council:
1) Often the only one opposing the Viceroy and is constantly encouraging to keep in mind the other points of view.
2) Repeating the visionary goals of fields like colonisation, infrastructure and industrial powerbases into eternity. 3) Is often quick to suggest the possibility to resolve to military actions against enemies of the Empire, and at such times often hushed and calmed by the Viceroy. 4) Never shows up early unless there is a particular reason for it, but once there starts quickly.
